HYDROGEN SUSHI WAGON
Hydrogen Sushi wagon (food cart) which was built in 2024 and currently in operation, is the first prototype of our product. It is a portable/mobilized food cart. The cart measures 84 inches wide, 42 inches deep and 72 inches tall.
This food cart equipped with solar panels on its roof uses the electricity generated during the day to power the cart and an electrolyzer for hydrogen production. The hydrogen produced during the day is stored in a tank attached to the cart. At night, when solar power is unavailable, the stored hydrogen is used by an onboard fuel cell generator to produce electricity, supplying the necessary power for the food cart. This allows the food cart to operate independently using renewable energy without emitting carbon dioxide, day or night.

Hot dog carts, food stalls at events, and backyard BBQs are essential not only in the US but also in various locations across the world. Currently, these carts use cooking equipment powered by propane gas, and their electricity needs are met by small engine generators. The CO2 emissions from these carts can’t be ignored. Hopefully, our product will be the first step towards future food carts that no longer discharge carbon dioxide.
